Legal Basis for Processing Personal Data

Your personal data is processed on the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK, namely "carrying out pre-contractual negotiations and quotation processes at the request of the data subject" and "the legitimate interest of the data controller", and with the explicit consent you give when submitting the contact form.

Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data is not shared with third parties in Turkey or abroad, except where required by law and with the technical infrastructure provider(s) we use to forward your message to the relevant department by email.

Retention Period

Your personal data is kept until your request is concluded and for the limitation periods arising from the relevant legislation; at the end of this period it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

Your Rights under the KVKK

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right, in relation to your personal data, to learn whether it is processed; to request information if it has been processed; to learn the purpose of the processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose; to know the third parties in Turkey or abroad to whom it is transferred; to request its correction if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately; to request its deletion or destruction under the conditions set out in the KVKK; to request that correction/deletion be notified to the third parties to whom it has been transferred; to object to any result to your detriment arising from the analysis of the processed data exclusively by automated systems; and to claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.
